Tame Your Worries with the Worry List

Image
Tame Your Worries with the Worry List Ever found yourself drowning in a sea of worries, unsure where to start, and overwhelmed by it all? It’s like trying to solve everything at once—and failing miserably. But what if I told you worries don’t have to boss you around? Instead, you can boss your mind and manage it effectively using a simple tool: a Worry List . Why You Need a Worry List Worries can feel like sneaky little intruders in your brain, zapping your energy and focus. The more you let them float around unchecked, the bigger and scarier they seem. Writing them down, however, helps you: Declutter your mind – Offload your thoughts onto paper and make space for clarity. Prioritize your energy – Not all worries are equal. Balance your roles – A Worry List helps you juggle work and family life without feeling overwhelmed. The Worry List: Breaking It Down Divide your worries into four categories to  effectively balance  work  and  home life . Time management is k...

Vitamin SEA why it makes me happy and you too?

Image
Why I love the Sea what this pics means rto Many suns back on our honeymoon in Coral Islands, Bangkok, my sweetheart Srini , who is still my heartbeat, captured a moment that I cherish to this day. It is not my anniversary today but just saw this pic. Sun-kissed and standing on the sandy beach, I was simply enjoying the water. Even now, there's nothing quite like a trip to the beach to lift my spirits. The sea truly is a natural healer—a "Vitamin Sea" cure that never fails. When I’m at the beach, it's not just about soaking up the sun; it's about embracing the Happiness Dose that comes with it. The sun provides that essential Vitamin D, boosting my mood naturally. I love slipping into a new piece of beachwear, feeling that rush of joy when DOPOMINE, the happy hormone, kicks in. There’s a special magic in the touch of the water and the feel of sand between my toes as we stroll along the shore, hand in hand. It’s not just a walk; it’s a connection, releasing OX...

DEATH IS HOUNDING

Image
It is a shame to see how the media is hounding and trying it's best to get masala action in name of someones death. As a nation we have become insensitive. I used to do stories once upon a time but there was a limit. There was something called privacy. Today with the advent of social media everybody wants to give there opinion on what happened. When we start pushing so much people will shut off. Sometimes to get a controversial story you have to be sensitive to the other persons feelings. Death in any family is never taken lightly unless a person was ailing but yet you will still want a person to get well. Sudden death of a healthy person is difficult to accept.  Last year in a span on 6 months I lost 2 people to cardiac arrest and 1 to a heart attack. None of their family members thought they would die the way the did. My cousin sister husband  44yrs danced at a wedding went home happy felt uneasy went to the hospital in bike with his brother and died on the st...

The Mountains

Image
THE MOUNTAIN Each event in our life makes us who we are  Each moment we live and breathe reminds us of the gift of life Some of us stand like a mountain straight and tall Yet from inside we are crumbling into bits We put a front of strength Yet from within we seek help At night when we are in our space That is when all our thoughts creep in We wish to run to mountains to seek peace And to the seashore to have fun Fun is fluid and draws us to it in Happiness In sorrow the hills seem more inviting  for they stand for something strong Where do you wish to go It's for you to decide Or balance your life day and night by Sandhya Lal

The Memory Garden

Image
The Flower Garden Of Life Each memory we have blooms or fades Some memories we can never erase The memory we have stays  And sometimes just comes back like a flash Some never fade  Some are colourful Some are dark Some make us sad  and others make us laugh There are days when  I sit and cry missing the days gone by Then there are somedays which I look forward too Our life's memories  are like the flowers and weeds in the garden We choose what we like and we don't The weeds are there to remind us of mistakes or things we should remove from our lives The flowers remind us of our happy time and special moment So! Weed our your garden And let happiness bloom in your life By @sandhya Lal Challapalli I made this on my birthday The day I got connected with a bunch of my old friends with whom I had and have so much to do with what I am today There are so many memories Life is beautiful http://www.facebook.com/sandhyaartwork

The Spiral of Life

There are many aspects in life but 5 elements that actually make us 1. Family 2. Friends 3. Health 4. Wealth 5. Spirituality You need to balance it all to stay in a happy How you balance out each spiral will help you stay focussed Each moment you spend adds value to your life Each experience helps you become what you are and what you become Each element adds value to your existence Each memory built reminds us of what we did, what we were Each new thought helps us grow Are you balancing your life Or are you spiraling out of control Balancing each aspect is an art ---------------------- Note: artwork is done by me Sometimes I sit and draw and that is something I love to do and try and find time But! Each art piece has a meaning to it

AN ODE TO MY FRIEND

She floated into my life when I never knew She grew so close and knew all that she wanted to know About me and her She spoke to me when her heart felt blue We sat and sang talking of all the things we would do Dreaming of staying together Crying when we though what if we had to part? Life brought a smile to me face which she knew why? We would wonder how our lives would pass by. How she could spend time endlessly not a care about the world Just wanted to smile and float like a butterfly A butterfly who knew not where she wanted to go But spread happiness on every flower she touched She could never see anyone sad And would try and pull my socks if I were ever in that state She had a hidden beauty which everybody loved She loved life and waited to see each day go by Talking of days not knowing what if we never met? But our friendship just grew by leaps She went miles away but not so far To come by sometimes and see how we are Call to check if all is right And fill our spirits with love a...
