Party at 72

World Mental Day

As a Parent Coach, there are a few things I learned at the party I attended.

Sheila turned 72yrs young but her party felt like she was still sweet 16.

1.Age is how old you want to be

If you are young at heart you achieve anything

You can be in a happier state of mind

You stay healthier too

2. Do want you want at any age

Never let your age decide what you can and what you cannot you

Never let your age stop your dream just be awake to make them come true

3. Have a tribe you can grow old with it

They make your difficult times easy

They love you for who you are

They motivate you

They appreciate you no matter what

They never give up on you

3. Exercising together is fun find your tribe

Find a group to walk or run or exercise with

Start it together and be there for each other

Motivate each other

Push each other

Get accountable with a your tribe

5. Love yourself then you can enjoy life

If you don't love yourself

If you don't have faith in yourself

If you don't appreciate yourself

Then no one is there who can help you

You help yourself first

Be a little selfish

If you follow these steps you will be happy and you will be a happier parent for sure

Happy Birthday Sheila love you always

My Pinkathon FOREVER family

I will grow younger with them forever

Glad I found my tribe now you find yours

I'm always there if you need me
